Privacy Policy
Plain language summary: We collect the minimum data needed to run the service. We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising cookies. Your creative assets are stored only to power your account and are not accessed by us except for technical support when you explicitly request it.

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account data
When you register we collect: email address, password (hashed, never stored in plaintext), selected plan, registration timestamp, and device identity token (for session binding).
2.2 Usage data
We collect: number of render credits consumed, project counts, locale settings, and subscription status. We do not collect the content of your projects unless you explicitly contact support and share files.
2.3 Technical data
Standard server logs: IP address, browser user agent, request timestamps. Retained for 30 days for security purposes, then deleted automatically.
2.4 Payment data
Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We store only transaction reference IDs and amounts. We never store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials.

4. Cookies and Tracking
WizPixel Flow uses strictly necessary cookies only by default:
- Session cookie: Keeps you logged in. Expires at session end or 30 days if "remember me" is selected.
- CSRF token: Security protection against cross-site request forgery. Session-scoped.
- Theme preference: Stores your light/dark theme choice. No expiry, localStorage only - not transmitted to our servers.
Optional analytics cookies are only set if you explicitly consent via the cookie modal. We do not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts: data retained for the duration of the account.
- Free accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days: project assets purged. Account record retained for 12 months then deleted.
- Paid accounts: data retained for the subscription period plus 30 days after cancellation.
- After account deletion: all personal data deleted within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate billing records may be retained for legal/tax compliance (10 years).
- Server logs: 30 days.
6. Storage and Infrastructure
All user data and creative assets are stored on servers physically located within the European Union (Italy). No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA in the normal course of operation.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
As a data subject in the EU/EEA you have the right to:
- Access - request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Rectification - correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") - request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Portability - export your project data in JSON format at any time from your account settings.
- Restriction - request that we limit processing while a dispute is resolved.
- Objection - object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent - for any processing based on consent, you may withdraw at any time without affecting prior processing.

8. Data Breaches
In the event of a personal data breach we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours where required by GDPR Art. 33, and affected users without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in high risk to your rights.
9. Children
WizPixel Flow is not directed at persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Terms of Service
Who we are: WizPixel Flow is a creative production tool for animated banners and social videos, operated by WIDE di D. Papa (Naples, Italy, EU) under licence from WizPixel (Hong Kong). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
WizPixel Flow ("Flow", "the Service") provides a browser-based studio for creating animated HTML5 banners, MP4 video exports, and associated creative assets for digital advertising and marketing purposes. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier as described on the pricing page.
2. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. You must be at least 18 years of age, or 16 in jurisdictions where this is the minimum age for digital service contracts.
3. Subscription, Credits and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Euros (EUR) inclusive of applicable VAT. Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period. Purchased top-up credit packs do not expire while the account remains active.
Banner renders and video renders are separate credit pools. Consuming banner credits does not affect your video credit balance and vice versa.
Early bird pricing is provided as-is during the early access period and may be revised with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Existing subscribers at the time of a price change may remain on their current price for one additional billing cycle.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months. One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. If you cancel within 48 hours of a subscription renewal and have not used any credits in the new period, contact us for a courtesy refund at our discretion.
5. Your Content
You retain all intellectual property rights to the creative content you produce using the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use your content for any purpose other than operating your account.
6. Content Responsibility and Disclaimer
⚠️ Important: WizPixel Flow is a neutral creative tool. We bear no responsibility for the content you create, distribute, or publish using the Service. You are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring your creative output complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
By using the Service you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- WizPixel Flow provides a tool only. We do not review, endorse, or approve any content produced by users.
- You are solely responsible for any banners, videos, or other creative assets you produce and for any consequences of their distribution or publication.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from content you create using the Service, including but not limited to: regulatory fines, platform bans, reputational damage, or third-party claims.
- You may not use the Service to create content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy (see tab above).
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". During the early access period, features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without prior notice. We will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
8. Intellectual Property
WizPixel Flow, the Phase Sequencer engine, the rendering pipeline, and all associated software are the intellectual property of WizPixel and WIDE di D. Papa. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, without refund. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to termination except where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and, where applicable, European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, Italy. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes to Terms
We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. If you do not agree with the revised Terms you may cancel your account before the effective date.

Acceptable Use
Short version: Use Flow to make great creative work. Do not use it to deceive, harm, scam, or manipulate people. We are a tool, not a co-conspirator.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use WizPixel Flow to create, distribute, or facilitate:
Financial and regulatory violations
- Unauthorised financial promotions or investment solicitations not compliant with applicable financial regulations (MiFID II, FCA, SEC, or equivalent).
- Cryptocurrency or investment scheme promotions that omit required risk disclosures.
- Content designed to artificially inflate the perceived value of a financial product.
- Get-rich-quick schemes, Ponzi schemes, or pyramid scheme promotional material.
Deceptive and fraudulent content
- Phishing materials, spoofed brand identities, or impersonation of legitimate businesses.
- Fake testimonials, fabricated reviews, or misleading before/after comparisons.
- Countdown timers or scarcity claims that are false or artificially generated.
- Content designed to deceive consumers in violation of EU Directive 2005/29/EC (Unfair Commercial Practices) or equivalent national laws.
Harmful and illegal content
- Promotion of illegal goods or services in the jurisdiction of distribution.
- Content that incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against any person or group.
- Adult content distributed to platforms or audiences where it is not permitted.
- Content targeting minors in ways that exploit or endanger them.
- Malware distribution, clickjacking, or other technical deception.
Platform policy violations
- Content that knowingly violates the advertising policies of distribution platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok for Business, Apple Search Ads.
- Creating multiple near-identical creatives for the purpose of circumventing platform review systems.
2. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you create complies with the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which it will be distributed, and with the policies of the platforms on which it will be published. WizPixel Flow does not review content prior to export and cannot be held liable for the downstream use of assets created using the Service.
3. Reporting
If you become aware of WizPixel Flow being used to create content that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@wizpixel.com. We take such reports seriously.
4. Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
